September 8, 2024 – Huntersville, NC – Boruff Violin Studio was thrilled to host violinist Peter deVries for a masterclass at the studio’s Fall Workshops. Students participated in a variety of group sessions in this third and final iteration of our 2024 workshop series. This provides an opportunity for students to broaden their learning experience as our educational programming for the week shifts from the usual one-on-one weekly lessons to group-focused workshops where students are placed in classes based on their age and playing ability.

Violinist Peter deVries, former concertmaster of the Portuguese Symphony Orchestra and current professor at Queens University, gave a masterclass to conclude the workshops, providing broad-ranging feedback for students, families, and friends in attendance.
